He is survived by: his wife Cathy Bennett Carpenter of Waynesboro, MS; his children, William Cody Carpenter (Kristen) of Tuscaloosa, AL and Amber Coy Carpenter (Tony) of Foley, AL; his brothers, Wayne Carpenter of Millry, AL and Larry Carpenter (Lisa) of Millry, AL; and his grandchildren, Braxton Rivers, Landon Carpenter, Logan Carpenter, Xander Carpenter, Macenzie Rivers and Emmalynn Carpenter.
