He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Andrew Howard and Zelma Rene Howard; and his brother David Howard. He is survived by: his wife Diana Howard; his children, Traci Mitchell (Keith) and Ashley Goodman (Steve); his grandchildren, Jacob Goodman (Meredith), Jordan Goodman, Haleigh Mitchell, Hillary Mitchell and Harrison Mitchell; and his sister Carol Swindall.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gassett Funeral Home (204 E Charles Ave, Wetumpka, AL 36092). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
