We announce the death of Maxie Marie McBride Kaehr of Foley, Alabama, who passed away on September 1, 2026, at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover McBride and Jean Litz-Dusek; and her former husband Wilson Jack Kaehr. She is survived by: her husband Richard Kaehr; her children, Tammy Smith (Randy), Kevin Kaehr and Kelly Kaehr-Rosson (David); her grandchildren, Bobby Garza, Tyler Garza (Cassie), Tara Bethea (Al) and Kenny Smith (Donna); her great grandchildren, Adelyn, Allie, Cooper, Spencer, Mia, Jacob, Zoey and Asher; and her sister Marilyn Oulliber. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Wolfe Bayview Funeral Home (2551 S McKenzie St, Foley, AL 36535). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pine Rest Memorial Park (16541 US-98, Foley, AL 36535).
