Douglas "Buddy" Slay and Pearline Slay; her sons, Robert "Bo" Wilkinson (Miranda), Eddie Wilkinson (Rachael) and Casey Wilkinson (Hope); her grandchildren, Robert Wilkinson (Zoe), Tara Wells (Rylan), Douglas Wilkinson, Wyatt Wilkinson, Emily Havard (Justin) and Brooke Wilkinson; her great grandchildren, Brianna Wilkinson, Scarlett Wells, Zakri Wilkinson, Grayson Havard, Savannah Wells and Madison Wells; and her friend Jeanie Tilford.

A burial was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at the Valhalla Memorial Gardens (8730 Sims Rd, Eight Mile, AL 36613).
