He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Peirce and Emma Peirce; his son Norman Timothy "Tim" Pierce; and his siblings, Thomas, Allen, Adrian, Mary and Clara.
He is survived by: his sister Jaunita Bemis; his daughters, Cindy Yarborough and Kimberly Dowswell (Steve); his grandchildren, Kristy, Lindsey, Teresa, Charles, Alex (Dexter), Sara and Riley (Cassie); and his grandsons-in-law, Alex, Dexter Byrd, Pie and Brystol. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
