He was predeceased by: his wife Pat Libby; and his brother Calvin Libby. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Libby of Atlanta and Russell Libby (Debra) of Charlottesville; his grandchildren, Jacob Libby and Hannah O'Leary of Boston; his brother John Libby (Sandy); and his pet Scottie.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Gulf Shores Methodist Church or a charity of your choice.
