He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Webb and Ruby Webb. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Webb; his children, Susan Jaquess McCool (JJ McColl), Thomas Webb Jr. (Gene) and Arron Rowell (Rachel Rowell); and his sister Sylvia Thomas.
