He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Stephens and Sudie Stephens; and his son Blake Stephens. He is survived by: his friend Coldwater; his wife Kathy Marschat Stephens; his sons, Cody and Jeffrey Stephens; and his siblings, Derrell Stephens, Keith Alsup and Carol Overbey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
