Winfred Dale Goforth Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2025, Winfred Dale Goforth (Foley, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Goforth and Elizabeth Goforth Krumm; and his brother Jim Goforth. He is survived by: his wife Charlice Merchant Goforth; his sister Sarah Hardy (Mike); his children, Leah Barter (Jimmy), Dax (Brooke) and Matt (Emily); and his grandchildren, Olivia, Sydney, Lincoln, Jack and Luke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family members, dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pine Rest Funeral Home (16541 US-98, Foley, AL 36535). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mobile Baykeeper (mobilebaykeeper.org), in honor of Dale's love for the Mobile Delta and Gulf Coast.
