He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamp (Hazel Bender) and Joseph (Linda Bargainer); and his siblings, Hamp Bender, Jr., Margarette Bender, Rickey Bender, Ronnie Bender and Dee Bender.
He is survived by: his children, Randi M Bender Joyce and Dennis Charles Seawright (Aislynn); his grandchildren, Hunter Bender, Paisley Bender, Hayley Bender, Zoltan Bender, Timothy Kelley, Quinton Kelley, Anliyah Grayson and Spencer Sanders; and his siblings, Barbara Bender Pugh, Danny Bender, Joseph Barganier, Jr. and Furniss Barganier.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Bethel Braggs Cemetery.
