He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Witsell and Virginia Leigh Witsell; and his brother Gilbert Witsell. He is survived by: his wife Ethel H. Witsell; and his children, William H. L. Witsell (Cindy) and Alice L. Miller (Rick). He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and three nieces.
