He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Will Moore and James Moore Sr.; and his siblings, Sarah Mabry (Andre) and James Moore, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cenobia Moore; his daughters, LaShawn Moore McZeal (Mark) and Jasmine Moore Scott (Jacques); his grandson Tov Isaiah Moore; his siblings, Ruby Grant, Melvene Brown, Lisa Price (Joseph), Teresa Dill (Fred), Chrystalla Evans (William), Donald Moore (Dorothy), Alfonzo Moore (LaMekia) and Arkenneth Moore (Valeash); his mother-in-law Betty Handy; and his brother-in-law Alvin Handy.
