She is survived by : her son Brian Blevins (Malissa) of Fort Payne; her sister Linda Phillips (Gary) of Decatur; her grandchildren, Samantha Blevins, Destiney Cummings (William), Trinity Kirk (Aubrey) and Lucas Blevins; and her great grandchildren, Evangeline Cummings and Maverick Cummings. She is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
