He is survived by : his wife Debra Luke; his daughter Jenna Marie Luke (Jerry Locke); his grandsons, James Walter Johnson Gilmore, Bryce Locke and Braden Locke; his father Charles Michael Luke; his siblings, Gary Luke (Shelly), Sue Slevin (Dale), Deborah McKenna (Robert), Rebecca Westerlund (Craig) and Sarah Osborne (Michael); and his siblings-in-law, Roy and Ruby Ackley.
