He was predeceased by : his daughter Wendi Benson; his parents, Verlon Ray Bailey and Lois Stiefel Bailey; and his sister Marsha Dobbins. He is survived by : his children, Charles Brian Bailey (Kristie), Kristie Bailey Ginn (Joe) and Tammi Bailey Thompson (Murphy); and his brothers, Roger Bailey and Paul Bailey. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren.
