He is survived by : his sons, Eric Middlebrooks (Jamie) and Kenny Middlebrooks (Candace); his sister Charlotte Green; and his grandchildren, Logan, Kobi, Lily, Jake, Karly, Makenzie, Greyson, Ty and Koen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
