He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Tauno Siurua and Inez Beasley Siurua. He is survived by: his wife Doris Johnson Siurua; his son Michael Siurua; and his sisters, Barbara Fay Mitchell (Robert) and Sharon Hilton (Chuck).
