We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2021, at the age of 79, Harold Wayne Freeman (Fort Payne, Alabama) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harold Wayne Freeman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Freeman and Iris Freeman; and his siblings, Benny, Steve Freeman and Linda Spivey.

He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth "Libby" Wright and Charles Eddie Freeman; his wife Glenda Freeman; his stepdaughters, Angela Glasscox and Lisa Street; his children, Aaron Freeman, Laura Knight, Janice Burrows and Tara Helms; and the mother of his children Elaine Freeman. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the University of Alabama Athletics Department.
