He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Long and Louise Hunter Long; his brother Kenneth Long; and his brother-in-law Dave Fischer. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Fischer Long; his stepsiblings, Rebecca White and Maalic Steele (Pam); and his siblings-in-law, Dale Fischer (Brenda) and Susan Long. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
