He was predeceased by: his father Billy Alvin Belue; his son James William Ray Belue; his grandson Gabrial Parker; and his siblings, Juanita Ford, Karen Belue and Billy Ray Belue.
He is survived by: his daughters, Milliann Belue (Robert Oliver), Tiffany Weldon (Timmy) and Amber Elkins (Dustin); his mother Gertrude Daniels Belue; his grandchildren, Jessica Weldon, Anna Weldon, Haley Weldon, Christian Parker Ayden Parker and Lexa Marie Oliver; his great grandchild Amelia Thomasson; and his brothers, Jerry Belue and Robert Belue. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
