He is survived by: his wife Margie Wamsley Skidmore; his daughter Joy Skidmore (Alan Denney) of Gallipolis, Ohio; his grandchildren, Sarah Skidmore of Richmond, Virginia and Nathaniel Skidmore; his great grandchild Ezra Skidmore of Delta, Alabama.; and his siblings-in-law, Dixie Wamsley Leonard, Roger Wamsley of Middleport, Ohio and Karen Skidmore of Gallipolis, Ohio.. He is also survived by his wife and daughter.
