He was predeceased by: his father David Blevins; and his daughter Karen Lee Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Ann Blevins; his children, Debra Webb (Robert) and Joseph Blevins (Debi); his grandchildren, Ashley Payne (Kyle), Brittney Owens (Nick), Kayla Kilpatrick (Greg) and Zach Blevins; his great grandchildren, Ella, Luke Payne, Mac, Emmie Drew Owens, Laiken and Dakota Kilpatrick; and his brother Franklin Blevins.
