We are sad to announce that, on September 5, 2025, at the age of 77, Kathy Johnson of Fort Payne, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Kathy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kathy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. Day and Dora Geneva Rackley Day. She is survived by: her children, Michael Kelley (Ann), Sherry Denise Chastain and Brooke Edge; and her siblings, Betty Hall (John), Shirley Daniel (Chris) and Tim Little.
