He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Wigley and Willie Pritchett Wigley; his wife Christine Wigley; his sister Maude Mosley; and his son-in-law Michael Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Theresia Pruitt (Richard) and Tamara Williams; his sister Gail Garrett; his grandsons, Colby Wigley (Cassie), Preston Williams and Sheldon Williams; his great grandchild Rylee Wigley; and his close friend Belinda Abernathy.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel (3801 Gault Ave N, Fort Payne, AL 35967). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Walkers Chapel Cemetery (1411 Co Rd 118, Fort Payne, AL 35967).
The family is accepting flowers or memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital.
