She was predeceased by: her father David Lowe Sr.; her siblings, Mickey and Kathy; and her grandparents, James, Violet Lowe, Lynn and Flo Morrison.
She is survived by: her son Christian Moore; her mother Irene Maurer (Edward); and her sisters, Kelly, Kim, Karen and Kerry. She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and several Nieces, and Nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that Memorials be made to Lacey's mother, Irene Maurer in care of Christian Moore for his education fund.
