He is survived by: his wife Kathy Swol; his son Steven Swol (Caysi); his daughter-in-law Winter Swol; his grandsons, Lane Brooks (Aubrie) and Matt Brooks (Anna); his great grandchild Atticus Brooks; and his siblings, Patricia Schreivogl (John), Cindi Swol (James Stringer) and Michael Swol (Valerie).
