She was predeceased by: her parents, James Belton Baker and Jessie E. Vernon Baker; her husbands, Burt and Doyal Benefield; and her brothers, Bob, Fred, Ralph "Buddy" and James Belton Jr. "JB" Baker.
She is survived by: her stepson Jeff Benefield; and her nieces and nephews, Steven Baker (Betty), James "Jim" Baker (Helen), Sheila Miller and Rhonda Tapley. She is also survived by numerous great-nieces, nephews, family and friends.
