She is survived by: her husband Denny Middlebrooks; her sons, Eric (Jamie Middlebrooks) and Kenny (Candace Middlebrooks); her sisters, Betty Bailey and Charlene Smith; and her grandchildren, Logan, Kobi, Lily, Jake, Karly, Makenzie, Greyson, Ty and Koen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
