Mr. Phillip S. Mays age 62 of Fort Payne, Alabama passed away Thursday, June 11, 2009 in Dekalb Regional Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 2pm - Sunday, June 14, 2009 at Glennwood Cemetery with W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel in charge. Survivors-(wife) Linda Mays of Fort Payne, Alabama; (sons) Dwayne & Lisa Mays of Dublin, Georgia, Joseph Mays of Gainesville, Georgia, Tim & Laura Mays of Flowery Branch, Georgia, Chris Mays of Gainesville, Georgia, and (step-son) Mike Miller of Fort Payne, Alabama; (sisters) Glenda Shaw of Winder, Georgia, Marsha Greenwood of Talking Rock, Georgia, Sara Mays of New York, New York,; (brothers) Mike Mays of Winder, Georgia, and Mark Mays of Shenadoah, Georgia; 8 grandchildren.

Mr. Mays was a member of Ruhama Baptist Church and was retired from General Motors. *the family will receive friends from 5 till 8pm Saturday.
