He is survived by: his wife Vicky Reynolds Morgan; his children, Stephanie Prince and Steven Morgan Jr. (Misty); his grandchildren, Jeff Morgan, Nathaniel Morgan, Dustin Smith, Heather Jackson, Myranda Prince, Michael Morgan and Garrett Morgan; his great grandchildren, Cynthia Gibson, Issac Couch, Harper Rose Morgan, Samuel Ferguson, Elizabeth Ferguson, Haley Ferguson and Sirena Jackson; and his siblings, Helen Straughn and Robert L Morgan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Corner Stone Funeral Chapel (40 Cornerstone Dr, Ider, AL 35981). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
