He was predeceased by : his parents, Moses H. "Mack" Ferguson and Joyce Ferguson; and his daughter Brandy Franks. He is survived by : his children, Jesse Blate Ferguson (Davina), William Duff Ferguson (Jennifer) and Tony Dewayne Ferguson, II; his brothers, James Ferguson (Lynn) and Johnny Ferguson; his grandchildren, Shad Ferguson (Jennine), Tyler Ferguson, Shayleigh Ferguson and Paisley Ferguson; and his great grandchildren, Jacob and Nico Ferguson.
