She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Ray Broyles Sr.; her daughter Donna Broyles Richards; her son-in-law Keith Richards; her parents, Homer Downer and Ruth Downer; and her siblings, Dave Downer, Madelyn Dobbs and Margaret Hodge.
She is survived by: her sons, Tom Broyles (Martha) and Mike Broyles (Tina); her brother Marvin Downer; and her grandchildren, Lori Jackson, Nicola Traylor, Jason Broyles and Sarah Parker.
