He was predeceased by: his wife Irma G. Quarles; his daughter Regina Carol Quarles; his parents, Rufus C. Quarles and Josephine Quarles; and his siblings, Rebecca O'Neal, Mary Ellen Tubbs Martin, R. C., William, James and Robert.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Charlotte Quarles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grants Creek Baptist Church Cemetery (13396 Grants Creek Church Rd, Fosters, AL 35463).
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Grants Creek Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
