He is survived by: his father Douglas Rowell of Franklin; his son Chris Rowell of Mexia; his siblings, Cliff Cotton of Franklin, James Matthew Rowell of Franklin and Shelba Grantham of Eastman; his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Rowell, Jesse Rowell, Justin Rowell, Taylor Windgley, Stephen Cotton and Erich Cotton; and his pet Boy.
