He is survived by: his sons, Matt Miller and Jason Miller (Belinda); his girlfriend Nelda Moore; and his grandchildren, Noah, Hunter, Jaxon, Eliza and Gracie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
