She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Levon Brake; her parents, James L. Qualls and Berta Louise Qualls; and her brothers, Roy Qualls, James Qualls and Jimmy Qualls.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Scott (Rob) of Uriah, Ginnie Hood (Bobby) of Daphne and Diane Everette of Selma. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Monroe Chapel Funeral Home (2252 US-84, Frisco City, AL 36445). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family will accept flowers, or contributions can be made to Poplar Springs Baptist Church.
