She is survived by: her parents, Brent Cook and Kerrigan Johnson Cook of Frisco City; her grandparents, Teresa Fralick of Uriah, Richard Lee (Stephanie) and Lisa Morgan (Josh) of Uriah; her great-grandparents, Katie Johnson of Goodway, Vicki Taylor (Billy) of Frisco City, Sandra Goodman (Charlie) of Uriah, Henry Cook of Little River, Linda Whatley of Booneville and Larry Fralick of Uriah; her brothers, Greyson Cook of Frisco City and Tate Cook of Frisco City; and her uncles, Caleb and Brandon.
