A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 AM CST on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Beulah Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Brown officiating.

Survivors include: Son - Walter Charles Armstrong, Jr.

Son - James T. Armstrong (Jenny) Sister - Mary Myers, Viola Lawson (Richard), Bonnie Bassett , Teresa Back (James), & Sheryel Devlin Brother - Ray Clevenger (Esther) Several Grandchildren Joyce was a native of Texas and and a resident of Cleburne County since 1972. She was a member of Beulah Baptist Church, loved reading and watching Hallmark movies. Joyce loved her church and praying for and helping all who needed her. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Charles Armstrong, her parents, Grover and Sarah Clevenger and brothers, Monte Clevenger and Clifford Clevenger.
