He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Johnie Mack Chalk and Melissa Moore Chalk; and his wife Wanda Chalk.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Fulton. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the Magnolia Lawn Cemetery.
