He is survived by: his sons, Donny Joe Romine (Peggy), Marty Watkins (Lisa), Billy Romine (Debbie) and Nicholas Watkins (Jennifer); and his brothers, Tim Tingle (Martha) and Terry Tingle (Jodean). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
