He was predeceased by: his parents, Newman Martin and Estell Martin; his siblings, Hollis Martin, Lillian Wilson (Dillard), Ollie Dell Harris (Jerald) and Cleavie Dell Thurmond (Robert); and his nephew Ray Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Gayla Martin; his son Chad Martin (Terisa); his grandchildren, Amber, Jayden, Haley, Jen and Zion; his siblings-in-law, Lisa, Barry Brown and Patricia Martin; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Middlebrooks (Labron), Tessa Morrow (Kyle), Jackie Loyd (Priscilla), Derlon Wilson (Naomi), Jed Martin (Aimee), Duron Harris (Sandy) and Kaleb Brown (Heather).
