He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Rucks and Louise Rucks. He is survived by: his children, Justin Rucks (Danielle), Misty Turner (Kelvin), Heather Beason (Brandon) and William Kilgore; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Caitlyn, Lily, Ethan, Jadyn, Jayla, Ava, Liam, Lexie and Austin Spears. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren Sister.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Plainview Cemetery.
