He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. Lancaster and Iva Lancaster; his brother Dewey Ralph Lancaster; and his nephew Michael Lancaster. He is survived by: his significant other Robert Layne Nichols; his brother Lanny; his sister-in-law Karen Lancaster; his niece Katie Lancaster Houser (Josh) of Helena, AL; and his nephews, Leslie Lancaster (Donna) and Ryan Lancaster.
The family will receive friends at a reception immediately following the memorial service, and they request no flowers. Memorials may be made to the Church of the Holy Comforter.
