He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Green Cook and Reynolds Gwaltney Cook (R. G.). He is survived by: his wife Miki Anglea Cook; his children, Richard Stanley Cook (Richie), Margaret Angela Cook (Angie) and Sherri Michelle Cook; and his brother Dr. Randell G. Cook (Jennifer).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Episcopal Church (156 S 9th St, Gadsden, AL 35901).
