It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alyce Louise Thomas (Gadsden, Alabama), who passed away on July 9, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Alyce may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Alyce touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Adams-Buggs Funeral Service ~ Etowah Chapel (401 N 9th St, Gadsden, AL 35901). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the New Destiny Christian Center (201 Goldenrod Ave, Gadsden, AL 35901). A burial was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the Forrest Cemetery (700 S 15th St, Gadsden, AL 35901).
