She was predeceased by: her husband Marshall Simmons; her son Scott Simmons; her parents, Ollie Alton and Mary Harrell Body; and her sister Geneva Presley.
She is survived by: her sons, Houston Simmons and Dale Simmons (Andrea); her grandchildren, Hanna Mack (Spencer), Cory Bladorn and Suzanna Covington; her great grandchildren, Eliana, Ben, Gabe, Josephina Mack, Paityn, Kingston and Kainyn Covington; and her siblings, June Jones and Spurgeon Body. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
