He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Bohannon; his parents, Talmadge Bohannon and Jean Bohannon; his sister Sandy Denny; his daughter Laura Ann Bohannon; his grandson Judah Cothran; and his son-in-law Jeremy Cothran.
He is survived by: his children, Tera Cothran (Tim), Charles Bohannon (Nikki) and Stephen Bohannon (Brittney); his grandchildren, Emma (Andrew), Elijah, Gracy Cothran, Charlie, Henry, Molly, Lily and Andrew Bohannon; and his brothers, Tommy Bohannon (Carol) and Paul Bohannon. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Etowah Memorial Chapel (12600 US-431, Sardis City, AL 35956). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
