Coats; her daughters, Vanessa Dupree (Patrick) of Gadsden, AL., Debra Majors (Wiley) of Gadsden, AL. and Sharon Granger of Gadsden, AL.; her grandchildren, Amber Glover (Gaylon) of Houston, TX., LaTwola Douglas of Glencoe, AL., Shell Colton (Kimani) of Gadsden, AL., Wykail Majors of Gadsden, AL., Steven Smith (Susan) of Gadsden, AL., Roderick Douglas Jr. of Ridgeville, AL. and Jasmine Dupree of Gadsden, AL.; and her brother Larry Lemons. She is also survived by nieces nephews, friends and family.
Viewing was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (623 Co Rd 2, Boaz, AL 35957).
