He was predeceased by: his mother Amphyst Knight; and his brother Ira Charles Knight. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Knight; his children, Courtney Mary Janae Knight of North Carolina, Chelsea Reneé Knight of Gadsden, Alabama, Quinton L. Kennedy of North Carolina and Gary Christopher Gaskin of Gadsden, Alabama.; his siblings, Willie Knight (Donna) of Glenville, Georgia, Robert Knight, James Knight, Charles Moore (Emma) of Gadsden, Alabama., Lillie Lampkin, Lindre Thomas (Charles) of Gadsden and Faye Knight of Columbus, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Mason L Kennedy of North Carolina and Gabrielle Gaskin of Gadsden, Alabama.; his mother-in-law Mary Lee Key of Gadsden, Alabama; and his brothers-in-law, Larry D Thomas of Gadsden, Alabama and Charles D Richardson of Philadelphia. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
