He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Ray Noah and Janet Lorren Noah; his brother Chris Noah; and his grandchildren, Kendall Christine Noah and Maximilian Baohu Shen DeLauney.
He is survived by: his friend David; his wife Patricia Turner Noah; his children, Kristi Justice (Eric), Jared Noah (Erin), Kimberly Cash and Kristen DeLauney (Bryan); his grandchildren, Joran, Baylie, Kloe, Sophie, Avery, Lillie, Colton, Jackson and Lela; his sister Donna Noah Fowler; and his pet Sam. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
